Same Day Apostille is a privately owned document service operated by PandA Enterprise Group LLC in Los Angeles, California. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the California Secretary of State, the U.S. Department of State, the FBI, or any other government body.
What we do is help you get the paperwork right the first time: we review your documents, notarize or translate them when needed, submit them to the correct government office, track them, and return them to you — so you don’t have to travel, stand in line or resubmit. The apostille or authentication itself is always issued by the government.

What we do
We assist with preparing, submitting and tracking apostille, authentication, legalization and certified-translation requests, and deliver the finished documents back to you.
What we don’t do
We don’t issue apostilles. You can always apply directly: the California Secretary of State charges $20 per apostille and the U.S. Department of State $20 per document. Our fee covers the service on top of those government fees.

California Secretary of State apostille for California-issued documents. Los Angeles drop-off: Standard from $100 per document (7+ business days), Rush from $126 (2–3 business days), or Same Day from $150. San Diego drop-off starts at $176 and San Francisco at $226 for Standard. Documents issued in other states: $250 flat fee, 7–10 business day turnaround.
